Our Story
More than forty years ago, I left my home near Dublin for Portugal's Algarve, working in real estate in Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, and Lagos. Fate brought me to Cascais, where I later met my Portuguese husband, forever linking my life with this captivating coastal town.
In 1995, with my eldest child just two years old, I launched MAP – Martina Lennon Properties.
Back then, Portugal was very different, and Cascais was still a modest fishing village. While raising my family immersed in Portuguese culture, I witnessed the country transform into a dynamic European nation and Cascais and Estoril become thriving destinations.
As a long-time "estrangeira" (foreigner), my instinct to stay proved right. Today, people from all over the world come here seeking new careers, dream homes, or simply a sense of belonging — just as I did.
MAP has grown alongside this journey, earning its place among Portugal’s real estate leaders. With a commitment to excellence and a personalized approach, we proudly serve both international and local clients, no matter the size of their investment.

At the heart of our company is Martina Lennon, our CEO, whose vision and leadership have been instrumental in shaping MAP's reputation for excellence over the years.
Supporting that vision is our dedicated team: Carlota Clérigo, Team Leader & Marketing Director; Hannah and Tânia Barros, who are responsible for Sales & Rentals; and Rafaela Samora, who leads our Condominium Management department.
